Need help with SubPulse for YouTube?

Before contacting support, try:

Make sure you are signed into the correct Google/YouTube account
Make sure SubPulse has the required browser permissions
Open SubPulse Settings and verify that YouTube is connected
Click Refresh
Restart the browser
Make sure you are using the newest SubPulse version
